I was contacted by phone and scheduled an interview with an associate in the department. On the day of the interview, I met with them, then was ushered to meet the department head after. They provided me with a short tour of the museum as well.

Two rounds - one virtual, one in-person.
The questions were positive and open-ended, and the interview environment was relaxed and welcoming. Both interviews helped give me a good sense of Morgan, and the interviewers were very upfront about the skills/experiences they hoped someone would get out of the internship.
