The process took between 2-3 weeks. I applied online and was initially screened by HR to view culture/personality fit. Afterwards I had a technical interview with my supervisor and then a lunch interview with the CTO. I've never had a company be so attentive and respectful during the interview process. My prospective supervisor was a pleasure to talk to and was very communicative and friendly. Meeting the CTO was equally pleasant - it became very apparent they put their employees first. I left the interview actually excited at the prospect of working with the team if the interview was any indication of the workplace. I really feel that I'm starting on the right foot.
