I went through a 4 step process prior to accepting an Area Director position with N2. After setting up my first interview I was sent more information, including a 15-min video outlining the company history, average start-up time to publication production and realistic earning outline for the initial ramp up period. The first interview was with a Business Coordinator who played a gate keeper role. Then I had 3 discussions with the regional director. I say discussions because not only did he interview me, but encouraged me to bring my questions and concerns to the discussion. I found everyone whom I have dealt with to be upfront, informative and professional and I look forward to getting started

3 part Interview process with one main goal of selecting candidates who are able to invest time into business model until return on investment is obtainable. Friendly staff and seems like everyone is supportive. This is a contract role and all hires are responsible for their own business.
