I applied through Indeed and was called back the next day. I had a very brief and easy screening phone interview that basically just asked what I was looking for in a job. We then set up an in-person interview for 2 weeks later (I was coming from out of town). The in-person interview was also very easy. Pete, the office manager, was very nice and seemed like a cool guy. He basically just went over my resume and asked me a few questions about my past experiences. The interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. I was then called back for a full-day interview the next day, where I followed and observed 2 account representatives in the field. This job is basically a salesman position. You are assigned a zip code and you make your way to every small business within the zip code, speaking to owners and employees of the business and trying to get them to switch cell phone carriers to T-Mobile. The two employees I followed that day were both really cool people and were good at the job they had to do. If you are an outgoing, social person this job would be extremely easy. The employees asked me various questions throughout the day about what I was looking for in a job and about my personal and professional background. The process ended with another short interview with the office manager. I was then called later that night and offered the opportunity. I declined because it was just not the type of job I was looking for, but would have loved working in that office with all of the awesome people I met. Everyone from the receptionist to the HR manager to Pete the office manager and all of the account representatives I met seemed like extremely cool, professional, intelligent and ambitious people. If you are outgoing, ambitious and love interacting with and meeting lots of new people, this is a fantastic opportunity.

Easy interview process, but they try to sell you on being a door to door salesman. They were talking about selling energy services to home owners, and they also had a Verizon campaign for FiOS. Its a commission based job, with NO BASE PAY AT ALL. It would probably be best for kids(or students) still living with parents and need extra income.
