Two calls in one day. The first was with the Head of Engineering. The second was with an HR representative. Both calls seemed to go well. They asked typical interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Both people I spoke with said "We will talk internally and get back to you one way or another." After a week of not hearing anything, I reached out to the HR representative and didn't get a reply. If the answer is "no", please say so - especially since you said you would! Don't ghost your candidates. If you do, you'll get a negative review - like this one.
