I had two interviews - both on zoom. One was 30 minutes the next was about an hour. From the time I applied to when I was offered a position was about 3 months.

it's more like a casual conversation about my past experiences and interests in environmental issues. Since it was a position working with government agencies, I was also asked to describe my communication skills.
