After submitting application materials, I first heard back after a few weeks. The hiring manager requested a written response to a few question prompts. The next phase was a brief phone interview with a few staff, asking pretty basic questions, and then finally an in person interview with four staff. The in-person interview was certainly the most difficult and took the most preparation, however, they made each phase pleasant, and the other interview questions included on Glassdoor helped quite a bit. I spent a long time preparing for each interview. Turnaround was a little slow but that is to be expected with TNC. I was offered the job within a couple weeks after the final interview.

I was contacted for an interview about five weeks after submitting the application. The interviewers were fine, but the questions they were asking did not really match the job description.
