It was an interesting experience. There are some technical questions in the group activities as part of the interview process. If you’re going to do a presentation from the selection, make sure you gave it towards the benefits of the new home group

The most painful interview process in the world phone interview then a test then another phone interview you then. Go in for a day have to do a presentation and tests and get grilled like your on the apprentice final.The whole day was the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever done.

Got grilled about who shouldn’t be going on a hot air balloon weird game we did on the interview really pointless seemed like the managers have big egos or something.

Very long winded, starts off with an initial screening call followed by psychometric style tests and a mcguaig test. If you pass this you have a 45-1hr telephone interview. If successful you are invited to an assessment day and are required to prepare a presentation which is like a sales pitch along with numerous tests on the day. Finally a panel interview only for them to wait 7 days and send you an email with no constructive feedback at all just a message stating you were unsuccessful. I would avoid this as this is a very mentally taxing process with no appreciation for the effort put in.
