Spent a total of 5 hours in interviews over four weeks: 1 hour phone, 2 hours in- person with 3 people, and 2 more hours on video with 3 more people. All to get a polite pass. What a waste of everyone’s time. And was asked by multiple people if I have kids and what I do outside of work, which are not legal questions.
