I recently completed an interview process with The Onset for a Resourcer position. I had the opportunity to connect with various team members, from Senior Recruiters to the CEO, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know me. Our interactions felt more like casual conversations than formal interviews, as they shared many details about the company, the team, their vision, and their plans for growth.
