The interview process was a several-month endeavor with multiple staff members. I thoroughly enjoyed the ability to meet with so many staff members, however, the lack of transparency around compensation and the timeline of the hiring process was incredibly infuriating. Many questions were avoided all-together to keep me in the interview process to disguise the extremely low pay offer. I was very disappointed with this process and the lack of communication surrounding months of commitments.
