They test you on your serving knowledge when you first get there and go over it with you. Ask about experience and tell you what you could be making hourly. They tell you they will email you if they want you back for a second interview. Second interview is with other people and they go over general serving knowledge and then talk about the company and the whole process with a slide show this whole interview took about 2 hours.
