I was asked to prepare a self-introduction and lesson plan with only a day’s notice before the interview. The discussion with the principal and head of school was engaging and positive. However, the conversation with HR was less constructive, as several questions felt irrelevant or unnecessarily negative. Following the interview, I did not receive any reply to my email or update regarding the outcome.

I recently had two interviews with a school and, unfortunately, did not receive any follow-up communication regarding the outcome. While the interactions with the school seemed positive, I haven't heard back from them or the HR Director. As a qualified teacher, this lack of feedback has been a bit disheartening. However, I remain committed to my career progression and am actively pursuing other opportunities.
