      I was sent a link to the Predictive Index, which I later found out my interviewer hadn't looked at it. So, I'm not sure how it plays a part or why you'd send it before deciding whether or not to interview someone. I was emailed a few days after completing it for a phone screening, and every email I got asked me to complete the Predictive Index. Phone screening was roughly 30 minutes and was one of those situations where you feel like you did a good job but the interviewer was the type with whom it was hard to build a good rapport. Kudos to her for saying you'll hear by a certain day and actually sticking to that, but it was a rejection. My sense is they're not seriously hiring for this position. I saw another review say it has been out there for a while. They either have ridiculously high/picky standards, they are trying to fool employees doing the tasks into thinking they will be relieved of them eventually, or they're just trying to look like they're growing. Part of the reason I think this is because I asked the interviewer about whether or not this was a new job or if they were replacing someone, and she said it's a job they created but others there have been doing the work. So, that plus knowing this job has been listed for months and months tell me there's no real interest to actually hire for this, they're fine to have other people bogged down with these duties and you probably have to blow them out the water/be totally overqualified to get this if they ever do hire anyone. If they're looking for someone to own GA4 and data like another review said, that doesn't come across in the interview based on the questions asked.
