I got a message from a third party recruiter in Linked In. The recruiter then connected me to the HR director. I interviewed first with him. I was moved to the next step in the process. I had to complete an assignment that demonstrated how my experience would apply to the position. It took a really long time and a lot of thought/effort. I was moved forward from there and interviewed with the the head of curriculum. She was very friendly, honest, and open about why they needed someone for the position. I thought it went well, but someone else was chosen for the job. Even though I did not make it, they mentioned the last step in the interview process was an in person meeting with staff at the school to see if I’d make a good fit.
