First had phone interview after resume and application reviewed by Director of Finance. Second had an in person interview with Director of Finance. Third interview in person, consisted of 10 question test and met Head of School and Directors of Elementary and Preschool and was given tour of school and property.

Similar to other school interviews. Questions on safeguarding and first aid aswell as experience based questions.
Second part was to read a story to a class. They look for child engagement and asking appropriate questions regarding the childrens comprehension of the story.
