Its informal interview to get to know store and previous retail experience. Also, the psy rate is minimum so they won't really make it very difficult. Also they have general interview questions to follow.

The interview was very easy. They asked about my previous experience and my skills and weaknesses. I was told that I would be getting the job as I was a perfect fit and told to come to an induction day the following week.
I received an email a few days later where they asked me to change my hair colour to a ‘natural colour’ (my hair is blue). When I refused they told me that I would no longer be getting the job. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age.
