I had a series of four interviews, they were all pretty laid back and easy. I have been working for luxury companies for years, I thought it would be pretty cool to work for a company that seems to be up and coming! My fourth interview however did not go so well, the woman interviewing me kept checking her phone, didn’t ask me a single question except “do you have any questions?”. She seemed preoccupied and very uninterested in speaking with me. Throughout the whole interview process I was never really asked questions by anyone interviewing me, I was just told what my duties in the company would be. A week later I followed up on my status and I have been ghosted, no reply. I have never interviewed for a company without getting follow up! I would prefer to be told they were going with another candidate then to be left in the dark. I have to say I am not disappointed- it shows the flaws in the company and I am thankful I am not working with them. I am very shocked that after four interviews I never received a follow up. If I were to receive an offer, it’s been three weeks... I would respectfully decline. Before interviewing with this company please keep in mind you may be wasting your time.
