What a disappointment. After a Real Real employee referred me to apply, my experience with the recruiter was less than impressive. She didn't appear to be organized, called at the wrong time, and wasn't engaged in the conversation. However, I was left with the impression that there would be next steps, my mistake. I had to follow up multiple times to request an update only to learn that I wasn't a go forward. In looking at the people who work there, there I can figure out what they are truly looking for.
