The interview process was well laid-out, and easy enough to follow. However, the recruited dropped the ball twice during my process, once in a minor way, and once in a major way. Had I not been quick to follow-up on both, I would have been left in the dark. All of my interviewers were kind and energetic, but also seemed flighty and disengaged. One had shown up to the call late and told me she had to leave early. I was given an offer that I did not accept because they were unwilling to negotiate. Make sure you are well-educated on what consists within an offer letter because they do not take the time to go through it with you unless you ask. I hope others have a better experience!
