Horrible-the heads of the content specialist team asked me a question related to my marital status, which had no link to my ability to do the job. I was made to do three written assignments which took up 2 full days. Afterwards, an interview was conducted a week later, no comprehensive feedback was given about my assignments. The process was dragged on for 3 weeks, with no proper questions related to my actual ability to do the job.
