There is initially an aptitude test with IQ and Quantitative questions, much like GRE. If you clear this, you have another written test where they test you on creative thinking skills. After clearing this stage you have a personality interview which is quite general and afterwards there is a MECE case based interview which can be quite tough.

For personality they can ask you questions about strengths, weaknesses, why this company, why your particular field of study, and then some questions like why is ball round or why is red called red which is meant to test your quick and creative thinking. For Case interviews it is mostly McKinsey style with an open ended question and it develops more into a conversation. For example they can ask you how much revenue can be generated from the cricket world cup being held in Pakistan.
