The school had hired a top recruitment company, who initially interacted through their recruiters with the candidates. Thereafter the short listed candidates were interacted with by the CEO of the recruitment firm to further shortlist the candidates. Thereafter three shortlisted candidates were interviewed by the Board of Governors. Having been shortlisted for the job, i was further interviewed twice ,once by the VP of the board and lastly by the CEO.
