I was instructed to complete two tasks that were timed; one was an excel thing that would ask you questions like "If you want to add a pivot table, where do you go?" It only lets you click on the answer, after like 2 tries it moves on. Its pretty simple if you know Excel, it's just frustrating when you want to select a different/faster way to arrive at the answer but they want the answer they selected.
Next they want you to write up an email that you would send your manager when requesting time off and some other things. Basically showing that you're professional when talking to upper management.
After you pass those two tasks you move on to the interviews which are done with the manager and the seniors on the team and I think there's like 3 different ones. Once you get to this point its like every other interview.

Colloquio
After being selected for an interview, I took a proveit! excel test to show my competency. Next there was a phone screening interview with HR. Some background questions and then behavioral questions. I got email few weeks later saying I was not selected.
