The interview process was very unorganized. I literally did 4 interviews. They’d tell me there was only two interviews only to do a 4th interview with 3 senior members who asked me alot of unnecessary questions. Company is also a huge red flag because on the job description they gave one range for the salary only to say another range EXTREMELY LOWER than what was on the job posting. Take notice of that. Whenever I’d ask why did they enjoy working at the company they all said things that pointed to there’s ALOT of BURNOUT. So do with that what you will. If you like to be worked to death this is your company. Overall company culture for the BA seems very dreadful and wouldn’t want any POC working in that position.
