I started the process through an employee referral and was immediately connected to another employee doing the Digital Innovation program. It was great to have a personal conversation to evaluate whether there is a match between me and the role. Even though the interview process is not short, I had fun during the process. The personality test and discussion taught me something useful and the presentation about ANY topic was a fun idea making my creative juices flow. I enjoyed the interview with higher management too, which felt more like an informal conversation aiming to help me understand how good of a match is it between me and my role. In retrospect, my experience on the job is fully matching the outlook I was presented at the interview phase. The process could be slighly faster and I would appreciate if more chances were given to diverse profiles. Nevertheless, both points are in line with the company's HR startegy, so I expect improvement on that side by time of the applications incoming in 2023.

Very long process, at least 5-6 rounds, including assignments, case studies, psychology tests, two general interviews, a presentation, and an office interview with different leadership members. After you pass all the rounds, there is a final round in the office where you talk with 3-4 different leadership members. They basically ask the same questions that you have already answered. Negative feedback: - After one or two rounds, they should know whether your personality fits the company. And then they can test your technical skills. After testing both for 4-5 rounds, they test it again in person. World-class companies do not have this long hiring process. - Not so diverse culture. They are very particular about what kind of person they want to hire. Different demographic backgrounds and mindsets are not appreciated. (During the interview, I was with two other guys who were very alike to me. Lack of international).
