Five back to back, one on one interviews over a five hour period. Lots of technical questions about random physics. The emphisis was always on how you would you measure some physical system. In one case I was constantly asked for theories and methods to test these theories. In another interview I was asked to describe how I would test a batch of optical elements and furthermore discuss its required physical constraints.
