Interview was easy. The questions were pretty basic on work experience and how comfortable I would be using certain equipment.They phone interviewed and then came in the same day for a face to face interview with the store manager. I didn't meet the owners for at least a week. I was trained by another sales associate didn't have much time with the store manager or the owners, training was all on Kelly (sales associate).
