I filled out an application online, then they reached out for an interview, then again for a follow up interview. A few days later I was offered the job. They send me an offer letter to sign.

Amazingly straightforward from start to finish I went through three sets of interviews and hired within the week. First interview was a phone interview. Second interview was a zoom interview with the team leads and the final interview was with the Director of sales after that it was background check and reference check and was offered a position.
