Found the advertisement in Caterer.com. Submitted an application online through email. Didn't hear anything for 3 weeks, then was emailed to book a face-to-face interview. Sort of informal interview - was held in the bar. Due to being a 5* establishment, no facial piercings - smart wear. Met with the General Manager and the Restaurant Manager. Both ladies in their mid-late twenties. Extremely nice, immediately felt at ease with them, as it was my first ever interview I was nervous.
