overtly overly difficult lengthy and maybe good for a very highly paid executive corporate type position which might require such extensive screening and need to know in depth the inside thinking and reasoning and thought processes of the individual being hired. very illogical for a entry level position and not inline with the pay scale and responsibility of the job
