Mostly meetings with managers, usually two total, and they ask you about what your purpose is working for the Post as a copy aide. It's an entry position that requires both physical work (getting mail, packages, delivering stuff to people, getting prints, etc,) and journalism (you can be proactive and get those opportunities should you try). By gauging what your work ethics are and what your ultimate purpose is, they want people who have the drive to do the grunt work right now and always seek opportunities.
