I was referred by a friend of the company who scheduled my interview. I met with 4 senior staffing consultants. Generally casual conversations. They wanted to know about me and why I was interested in staffing and sales. Trying to get an idea for my drive. I was asked to come back the next week to meet with the President. The meeting with him was quick and was time for me to ask questions about the company. He then allowed me to meet with a couple newer employees to get an idea of what to really expect on the job. They did their best to prepare you for the job and make sure you are a good fit and are understanding of the stress and requirements.
