Got an email saying they were interested in interviewing me and initially did an interview with a director.
It was very evident that this person was not a recruiter, and eventually told me he came from an accounting background. The initial phone screen was very choppy; almost as if he didn’t know how to present what his company could offer. All of the questions were extremely straight forward and basic.
I then was invited onsite to meet the Founder. The interview was supposed to be an hour long including an assignment, however after 25 min she cut the interview and told me she would be in touch. I will admit the office is very aesthetically pleasing considering its size.
Swearing that her sole emphasis is culture, I find that hard to believe as there was literally one person in the office and even they weren't very outspoken or friendly.
Never heard back after multiple attempts to reach out/to ask for general feedback. Pretty unprofessional all around.

The interview process was a multi-stage process. It took about 2 weeks. First, I had a phone screen interview with my manager. All the questions were very straightforward. Then, she invited me to the office for an in-person interview. We talked more about this position and company culture to see if the the job was a good fit for me. I also had a basic job knowledge test, about 10 multiple choice questions and short answer. It took about 1-1.5 hours for the in-person interview . After one week, I was invited for a team lunch to meet other team members. They were very professional and friendly during the interview process.
