I was first contacted by the HR rep after submitting my resume online. I had an initial phone call/basic screening with HR for about 30 minutes. I was then invited to interview with the head of the department on a 30 minute phone call. After that, I was invited to a final round interview on Skype. This final round interview consisted of three 30 minute interviews with relevant employees. Everyone I interacted with at FIJI was wonderful. Every employee gave the impression that they truly love their jobs and wanted to get to know me, to ensure a great fit. After my final interview, it took 4 weeks to finally hear back. After everything, I was informed that they decided to cancel their entire summer intern program. While I was disappointed to hear that, every employee was helpful and genuinely kind along the way, and I will continue to think highly of FIJI.
