It was very disorganised. The person who was supposed to interview me was not there and it was very scrambled. I sat waiting for them to get their stuff together.
It was a Video interview where they asked three questions and the opportunity to re-record was given as many times as you want. It was a link sent by email

Very laid back but great experience overall. I was asked a few question by the manager and then interacted with the children to see if I would be a good fit.
