Contacted the branch Director and inquired about a position. Was instructed to submit online application and notify her once I did. Applied and was then contacted for a phone interview. Was told there would be a follow up the next week but never heard back.

The employer reviewed my resume, asked me questions about my job experience-- was I comfortable answering phone calls, juggling multiple things at once, etc? And how would I handle a difficult or dissatisfied customer?

How would you handle a difficult/dissatisfied customer or community member?
Casual. Friendly. Asked about availability and why I wanted to work there. Probably depends a lot on the manager and the position. Come prepared and know the mission of the Y
The people were very chill about the interview and the atmosphere. Asked basic question you would expect on past experience. Lasted 30 minutes max. Ended up with the job after interviewing here.
