simple and easy. i dressed semi professional. the whole interview was only 30 minutes long and then i was shown around the building, got to interact with the kids like i would in my day to day job and was shown what my duties were going to be.

they asked about schedule, experience working with kids, why you chose the job and give a brief run down of how the job runs

It is pretty relaxed and just questions about your experience with kids. They will let you get CPR and first aid certified. Wasn’t too much had about two different interviews.
