Colloquio
I applied by e-mail to HR per website instructions. I received an email response indicating the submission date deadline. It took 5 weeks after submission deadline before I got the call for the HR screen. The request for in-person came a few days after the HR call. The HR phone interview was professional. STAR questions. The in-person interview was with 2 members of the location's executive team. Started the interview with "are you ready for the change". Coming from the for-profit world was clearly viewed as a negative. Not sure why I was called in if they had no intention of hiring from outside not-for-profit.

Domanda 1
Questions were only asked from a negative perspective. What would a former subbordinate say is the hardest part of working for you? No offsetting best part question. Same question was asked about your prior superior. Again, without the correspoding best part question

Fairly smooth and multiple interviews but the process was communicated after the first. The timeline was extended but that was communicated. They must have been busy or have had a lot of candidates apply.

It was a very long interview process. You have three separate interviews and two of them will consist of 4-6 interviewers. It was a very comfortable environment and everyone seemed eager to have me there.
