Over the phone, very quick and to the point. Whole process took around 30 minutes and I was updated the following week. Interviewer was very kind and easy to talk to. Questions were as expected for this role.

Application process was easy. Easy interview process. Asked basic questions on high stress situations and flexibility to environment. Quick response. Hiring took longest because you are required to wait for a CORI check. Training somewhat organized.
