Phone screen first. Then interview with Operations Director and Membership Director. Final interview with Executive Director and Ops Director. Standard interview questions as well as Aquatics specific questions. Some more difficult questions regarding the budgeting aspect of the role and goals. Lots of questions asked for specific experience and examples.

Elementary at best. Doesn't seem like they have their stuff together. Disconnected and frazzled. Not sure this is the job for someone who likes structure. Seemed like the interviewer was distracted and not engaged.

Basic interview questions. "Tell me about a time or what is your biggest flaw"
Submitted application before closing date (Got confirmation from director in charge of hiring for this position)
Closing date changed to "Open Until Filled" (Checked in & was told I would get an interview in a week)
A week goes by (checked in again, said they're busy)
About a month goes by, position is still posted (Contact HR to see what's going on, got a runaround of an answer, told me to contact the person who is hiring for this position however I've already been in contact with them the whole time)
Position taken off website
New Aquatics Director starts (never got my initial interview, especially being an internal candidate)

I applied online and a few days later I was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. At the end of the phone interview I set up an in-person interview for the next day. They then contacted my references and performed a background check. The process was very quick and efficient.
