Pretty easy interview process, but it did take awhile for me to hear back. I met with both HR and a member of senior leadership. I was told to dress in bright colors with your hair up for the interview. They do drug test on your first day.

In office experience. You meet with HR and then go to 3-5 offices for brief conversations with employees. I received an offer within 2 weeks and was told it was me vs another person at that time.

I applied online through Linkedin. They called me the next day to schedule and interview. After keeping me waiting for over 30 minutes, the HR manager finally brought me into and interview. She went over the position throughly and went on an on about the "Z" factor and their "wow" factor any how they always go above and beyond.
After sending a followup thank you email, I waited weeks to hear back about the interview. I sent a few more emails that were not responded to. After nearly 2.5 months of waiting for an answer, I was told it was taking longer than expected and to "stay tuned". Never heard back. Very unprofessional and insincere for a company that prides itself on always going above and beyond.
