Beware of this scam company. The interview process is demanding just to get ideas for their business for free: 1) I was required to upload a 1 min video about why I want to work with them 2) screening with the hiring manager 3) sharing of my past projects with ideas how to streamline their customer process 4) interview with the supervisor 5) on-line “coffee” with one of the future collegues 6) personality test 7) since then I have been ghosted (4 months now even after couple of reminders). No “sorry we do not want you” nothing. Since beginning they were quite arrogant. Cant imagine beeing their patient they talked about them like they were “Numbers” even they resolve tickets based on cost of medicines not urgency. What I did understood they push patients (constant follow ups) to buy the medicine even if the patient just asked. They also advertise they are “social” and have contacts cor charities, no they dont they just say “oh you are poor, start a fundraising”, thats not what they websites say. They will only help spend Your money. 🤮They should be banned
