      Candidatura

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TheeDigital (Raleigh, NC) nel mese di lug 2017

      Colloquio

As a former employee, I was looking to rejoin after having some digital experience under my belt. The owner seemed willing to talk to me, and I got an interview quickly. The interview quickly turned from my own experience and knowledge to my husband (an ex full stack developer here) and whether or not he was looking for a job. I'm sorry, isn't this an interview for ME to work? After telling him that wasn't an option, I was told about their benefits and was shown out, not to be contacted again. This was extremely disheartening as it seemed like I only got an interview as a means for the owner to attempt to get my husband back in his stable. You want to interview my husband, call him. As for the owner, I have caught his name on articles I wrote (and can prove in Google's Wayback tool) several times. I keep getting a song and dance about how they upgraded their systems and put his name on by default, but this seems to only happen to my articles. I wouldn't trust this place as far as I could throw it . Don't look for my husband to come crawling to you any time soon either.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We highly value all feedback from current and former team members as well. We’re sorry to hear that you felt disheartened by your interview experience and we can assure you that we were interested in your application and newly acquired skills. We often find talent through networking with others, but we can see how this was perceived in a different way. As you can see, our agency has grown a lot in the past 10+ years. We even went through a rebrand to better represent who we are today. Our clients demand high-quality work and we added new services to our offerings. We always welcome new or returning talent with matching career goals and the right skill set including but not limited to responsive web design, search engine optimization, paid advertising, WordPress, and HubSpot. We occasionally rewrite outdated blog articles to improve the content and even sometimes remove old blog posts that are no longer relevant in the ever-changing digital marketing world. Please send a note to our support team at www.TheeDigital.com/support and let them know that you wish us to update on our website. Our team will do their best to accommodate your request according to our current processes. Best wishes to you in your future endeavors.
