I was contacted via a staffing agency. First round was a standard HR interview to make sure that I can communicate over the phone and it's understandable. Second round was a phone interview with the hiring manager to walk through the resume. Third round was onsite to speak with the team. Nothing really difficult as they were asking similar questions for each round so it's groundhogs day.
