This was very formal and got right to the gist of what they wanted and why they would want something. It started with the decision maker and then someone you'd directly be working with. Chemistry was something that they cared about.
Human Resources was so kind and made the interview easy at the beginning . I made it through a few rounds and unfortunately not chosen. No really clear reason why and explanation was very scripted.
