The formal interview process took about 2 hours with the manager. Very pointed questions such as, "How would you handle...." and "Describe a time when....". Second interview was also discipline specific but over the phone. After the second interview was completed, I was contacted by HR and a formal offer of employment was made. Drug test and background checks were initiated. About 2 weeks later, I started orientation.

Don't remember exactly but it was something like, "Tell me about a time that you disagreed with your supervisor/manager. How did you handle it and what was the outcome?"
Easy to email, text, or call. They tell you everything you need to know and seem transparent. They are patient and kind. They are fast at replying. I don't feel like they are trying to up-sell.
Therapy 2000 has an in-depth interviewing process where they really try to get to know you in the beginning through an initial phone screening before the interview. Very nice and welcoming group!
