Colloquio
I spoke with the recruiter at TherapyNotes as the first step. Although it was a high level interview, I felt as though I got a great sense of what the company was like. The recruiter was very personally and candid during our conversation. There is an assessment that the company asks you to complete which I thought was a good idea. I ultimately was not selected for the position but I feel the company did a good job at communicating through the process.

1. Recruiter Screen
2. 2 Person Panel
3. An "assessment" where you have to give them real product strategy and then they just steal your ideas and don't hire you, as per usual

Consider the onboarding workflow step by step, identify one strength and pain point
The recruiter reached out. Set expectations of the timeline.
The recruiter was knowledgeable, asked questions related to the job. They were communicative throughout the recruiting process.
The whole process lasted about a few weeks.
My interview process started with an initial screening with the recruiter, followed by a conversation with the hiring manager and a product manager from her team. While the product manager maintained a generally professional demeanor, the hiring manager came across as disengaged and condescending from the start. Throughout the interview, it appeared that she and the product manager were messaging each other on Microsoft Teams (or a similar messaging app), occasionally smirking in a way that made me feel uncomfortable (as if they were chatting about me). The experience left me with a really bad impression on them and the company.
