Was contacted for a phone screen. Selected a time. Phone call came in from someone at the selected time. When I picked up I could not hear anyone. After saying "hello" several times, hung up and tried calling back. No answer, went to voicemail, and message did not indicate who's phone is was. Left a message stating that I could not hear whoever called and to call me back. Also sent an email stating same. I was never contacted. Either recruiter missed the call, or gave up when it didn't work the first time. This is the least amount of effort I've ever seen from a hiring company.
