You must clear phone interviews before you will get to see the operation and interview in person. Not sure they have fully thought out the role or scope of the position, and are looking at it from a limited perspecitive. They seem to be looking for a low level sales person to beat the bushes, and also do a little 'sales management on the side'. They will end up with what they are looking for, and not happy with the result in 2 years.
